We want our customers to be completely satisfied with their purchases. If for any reason you are not happy with your order, we offer easy returns and exchanges.

Returns:

• Items can be returned within 30 days of the delivery date.
• Returned items must be unworn, unused, and in their original condition with tags attached.
• Refunds will be issued to the original form of payment within 3-5 business days after we receive the returned item.
• Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item received was damaged or incorrect.

Exchanges:

• Items can be exchanged within 30 days of the delivery date.
• Exchanged items must be unworn, unused, and in their original condition with tags attached.
• Customers are responsible for exchange shipping costs unless the item received was damaged or incorrect.

Procedure:

• To initiate a return or exchange, please email us at hello@balaioathletics.com with your order number and reason for return/exchange.
• Our customer service team will provide you with a Return Authorization Number (RAN) and instructions on how to proceed with the return/exchange.
• Once we receive the returned item(s), we will inspect them and issue a refund or process the exchange within 3-5 business days.

Note: We do not accept returns or exchanges on final sale items or items that have been customized or personalized.
