SHIPPING INFO

We will start preparing your order immediately after it has been placed, and it will be shipped within 1-2 business days. We offer free standard shipping on all domestic orders over $75.

US:

Standard Shipping: 5-7 business days.

Expedited Shipping: 2-3 business days. 

Canada: 3-7 business days

Rest of the World: 12-15 business days

To ensure that your package is properly delivered and that you receive your package within the time frames we advertise, please make sure that your address is correctly entered and includes all relevant and/or required information. The use of correct abbreviations, street numbers, building or apartment numbers, and route information (if applicable) is critical for ensuring timely delivery. We do not take responsibility for lost, misplaced, or incorrectly delivered shipments if the address information provided is incorrect or incorrectly entered at the time of purchase.

We will ship to PO Boxes via USPS. However, expedited shipping is not available to a PO Box. Other carrier options are available and we reserve the right to change carriers at any time.

Please note that all shipping times are estimates and may vary depending on your location. Shipping fees are non-refundable.

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with your tracking number.

How can I track my order?

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email from us with the tracking information. You can also view your tracking information by logging into your account.

Do you ship internationally?

Yes, we do! Please note that when you place an international order, your package may be subject to the customs fees and import duties of the country the package was shipped to. These additional charges are the responsibility of the customer.

What is your return policy?

If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we will accept returns of unworn, unwashed, undamaged or defective merchandise within 14 days of the original ship date. All returns must be accompanied by the original invoice and must be in the original packaging. Shipping fees are non-refundable.
